Booking FAQs
How do I make a booking online?
Select the experience that you would like to book by clicking ‘Book Skydiving’ in the main menu or any of the ‘Book Now’ buttons around the site. You can then select the state where you would like to skydive, then the location and altitude that you would like to book. Clicking the book now button will take you to the experience details page where you can find some additional information about the skydiving experience.
Select your preferred date and time then click ‘book now’, you will not yet be charged.
A new window will open with a number of fields that need to be completed, including your payment details.
If the experience is available for instant booking, your skydive will be confirmed instantly, congratulations! You’re going skydiving.
If the experience is set up for manual confirmation, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours or one of our staff will be in touch with you to make another time.
What does ‘instant book’ on your website mean?
Some of our suppliers allow you to book instantly, which means that your spot is automatically reserved on the plane (that you are going to jump out of!) others will confirm your booking within 24 hours via email. In the case that there is no availability for your preferred date and time then one of our wonderful team members will be in touch to arrange the perfect time.
Can I book multiple skydives in a single transaction?
Yes, you can book for multiple participants in one transaction. Keep in mind that skydiving planes are generally quite small, so there are maximum numbers for all plane loads. If you are having difficulty please contact us and we will be happy to assist. Often our suppliers can add additional loads to accommodate eager skydivers.
Is it possible to book for a group or party online?
Nothing like a skydiving party. There are varying maximum numbers due to the different types of planes our suppliers use, if your group fits within this maximum, great! Go ahead and. book. If you are scratching your head, please get in touch, we specialise in bespoke events for larger groups.
How far in advance should I book my skydive online?
You can book 24 hours in advance. If you have to go skydiving right now please give us a call on 1300 755 973 and we will try to accommodate your requirements.
What are the payment options available for online bookings?
You can pay by credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or you can spread out the expense over four payments with Paypal Pay in 4.
We only accept online payments.
Can I cancel or modify my booking online? If so, how?
Of course, depending on the experience that you have selected and when it is booked for, you can absolutely change your booking. Please get in touch with our bookings team and they will be happy to help to update your booking.
Are there any discounts or promotional codes available for online bookings?
We have sourced the best prices for our clients so our experiences are not generally available at a discounted rate. That being said, we occasionally have special deals arranged with our suppliers so sign up to our email newsletter so you don’t miss out on a deal!
Do I need to create an account to make a booking online?
No, you are not required to create an account to book with us. You check out as a guest.
Skydive Downunder purchases 10 trees for every 1000 litres of fuel we use. With frequent audits from 15 Trees, you can be sure we are doing all we can to be as green as possible.
